The staff was flexible and affable - I will definitely visit place next time. The overall features were nice. The hotel's location was magnificent close to metro station. The rooms were nicely decorated and included a fridge, a dishwasher, and an electric kettle etc.

the location is great, close to restaurants, the Arc de Triomphe, and the subway 🚇. the room we stayed in was a small king studio with a kitchenette, which was convenient.

I really enjoyed staying at this brand-new hotel because of the special ambience. I stayed for 1 night here and had a great time. I booked an apartment with a kitchenette which turned out to be a bright room. A microwave, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher were an advantage. Everyone was welcoming and great. Nice experience there. A wide range of HEALTHY food for meals. Extremely comfy bed, large bathroom and a fridge, a dining area, and a writing table in the room. Pretty friendly, polite staff towards all guests.

The peaceful location next to the Metro is convenient, and the staff here are very friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with any questions.

Well-equipped room with a cool modern design and spacious layout. Comes with a fancy flat-screen TV, a spot for dining, and a handy writing desk. the bathroom was spotless with a stylish roll-in shower, which was totally awesome! 🚿.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette villa magnifiquement équipée et confortable. L'espace est bien organisé, offrant suffisamment d'espace pour notre groupe de 11 personnes. Les enfants ont particulièrement apprécié l'accès à la piscine. L'accueil chaleureux du personnel a contribué à rendre notre séjour encore plus agréable. De plus, nous avons apprécié d'en apprendre davantage sur l'histoire de cette charmante maison.

Great location in a beautiful neighborhood with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The room was nicely designed and well-furnished, providing a comfortable stay for our romantic escape. The staff was friendly and helpful, always available to assist us with any questions or requests. We also appreciated the modern shower and comfortable bed, ensuring a relaxing experience during our stay.

We experienced some noise disturbances from neighboring rooms. We could hear people moving about, which disrupted our peaceful nights.

We had a great experience at Les Cles Du 27 Paris Aparthotel. the apartment was spacious, clean, and well-maintained. the separate toilet and two sinks in the bathroom were convenient, and the kitchen had all the necessary supplies, including coffee capsules. the location of the property was excellent, with easy access to various amenities. the staff, especially Agnes and her adorable dog Pepito, were extremely helpful and responsive. the apartment itself was comfortable, airy, and bright. it was a fantastic value for the price, offering a comparable experience to a 5-star hotel at a fraction of the cost. Cons: Didn't dislike anything about the property.
